【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61377appliestothecombinationsofmotor(s),inverterandtheircontrolsystem,anditsobjectistospecify:?theperformancecharacteristicsofelectricdrivesconsistingofaninverter,alternatingcurrentmotors,andtherelatedcontrolsystem;?methodsofverifyingtheseperformancecharacteristicsbytests.Twocategoriesofcombinedsystemscanbeconsidered:a)alternatingcurrentmotorsfedfromaninverterwithoutanycontrolbetweenthemechanicaloutput(torque,speed)andtheinverteritself(mostlyauxiliarymotors,forexamplecoolingfanmotors).Themotorworksexactlyasifitwerefedfromabusbar(atvariablefrequencyandvoltageornot);b)alternatingcurrentmotor(s)(paralleledornot)withacontrolbetweenthemechanicaloutputandtheinverter.ThefirstcategoryofsystemsistestedaccordingtoIEC60349-2andIEC61287-1.Thisstandardappliestothesecondcategory,mainlytractiondrives.IEC60349-2appliestoconvertor-fedalternatingcurrentmotors,IEC61287-1topowerelectronicconvertors,IEC60571toelectronicequipments,andthisstandardappliestothecombinationofmotor(s),inverter,andtheircontrolsystem.Asaconsequence,IEC60349-2describestheteststodemonstratethecomplianceofthemotortoitsspecification,IEC61287-1doesthesamefortheinverter.Itisself-evidentthatsomeofthetestsmentionedinthisstandardgenerallymayreplacethecorrespondingonesdescribedintheabovementionedstandards.Anagreementshouldbereachedbetweenthepartiestoavoidtheduplicationoftests.Acompletecombinedtestisheavy,andoftenrequireshighpower,whichisnotalwaysavailableinaworkshop.Anagreementbetweenuserandmanufacturermaybereachedtoallowtestingeitherintheworkshoporonthevehicle.Testingmaybesplitoffpartiallyinaworkshopandpartiallyontrack.Atthetimeofdraftingthisstandard,onlythefollowingcombinationsofmotorsandinverterswereusedfortractionapplications,butitmayalsoapplytoothercombinationswhichmaybeusedinthefuture:?asynchronousmotorsfedbyvoltagestiff(voltagesource)inverter;?asynchronousmotorsfedbycurrentstiff(currentsource)inverter;?synchronousmotorsfedbycurrentstiff(currentsource)inverter.Theinputoftheseinverterscanbead.c.supplyline,arectifier,achopper,aninputconvertor,adieselgeneratorwithintegratedrectifiers,etc.
