【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforfactorymadeflexiblepolyethylenefoamproductswhichareusedforthethermalinsulationofbuildingequipmentandindustrialinstallationswithanoperatingtemperatureintherangeofapproximately-80℃to+150℃.Theproductsaremanufacturedintheformoftubes,profiles,sheets,rollsandtapeswithorwithoutcoatingand/orself-adhesivebackingand/ordifferentclosuresystems.Thisstandarddescribesproductcharacteristicsandincludesproceduresfortesting,evaluationofconformity,markingandlabelling.Productscoveredbythisstandardarealsousedinprefabricatedthermalinsulationsystemsandcompositepanels;theperformanceofsystemsincorporatingtheseproductsisnotcovered.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifytherequiredlevelofagivenpropertythatshallbeachievedbyaproducttodemonstratefitnessforpurposeinaparticularapplication.Thelevelsrequiredforagivenapplicationcanbefoundinregulationsandinvitationstotender.Productswithadeclaredthermalconductivitygreaterthan0,050W/(múK)at10℃arenotcoveredbythisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverproductsfortheinsulationofthebuildingstructure.Thenormativepartofthisstandarddoesnotcovercompressivestress(seeAnnexC,C.4).

【摘要】:ThisguideisintendedasasupplementforASMEstampholdersusingASMEBoilerandPressureVesselCode(BPVC)SectionIasthebasisforconformitywiththeEuropeanCommission(EC)PressureEquipmentDirective(PED),97/23/EC.ThisguideprovidesacomprehensivereviewofthePEDandASMESectionI.ManufacturersofSectionIboilerswillfindthissupplement,combinedwiththeexistingguide,tobeusefultoolswhenworkingwithaNotifiedBody(NB)towardcompliancewiththePEDandapplyingCEmarkingtotheirproduct.Thissupplementisintendedtobeusedincombinationwiththeexistingguide,whichcontainsanexplanationoftheEuropeanNewApproach,andcontinueswiththegoalsofthePEDandadescriptionofitsscopeofcoverage.Then,theexistingguidegoesintoanin-depthanalysisofthePED'sconceptofhazardcategoriesandthevariouscombinationsofconformityassessmentmodulesthatcanbeusedforeachhazardcategory.Then,eachofthePEDEssentialSafetyRequirements(ESR)arecovered,includingmaterials,useofnotifiedbodies,andrequirementsforCEmarking.Thoseaspectsarenotreproducedinthissupplement,astheyaregenerictoallpressureequipmentunderthePED.Inthissupplement,thereaderispresentedwithsomegeneralguidanceandupdatesonPEDissuescriticaltoASMEstampholders.ThemajorityofthesupplementconsistsofadetailedcomparisionofthetechnicalrequirementsofthePEDwithSectionI,followedbyamodifiedversionofan"AnnexZA"forSectionI.ThisAnnexZAprovidesinstructionsregardingwhatadditionaltasksmustbeecompletedtomeettheadministrativerequirementsofthePED.
