【摘要】:Thepresentdocumentspecifiesthechoiceandthegeneralapplication'srulesofanonboarddatatransmissionbusbetweenthedifferentequipmentforserviceoperationsandmonitoringofthefleet.Thisappliestoequipmentinstalledonboardbuses,trolleybusesandtramwaysonlyaspartofabusfleetoperation.Itexcludestramwayswhentheyareoperatedaspartofatrain,subwayormetrooperation.Theequipmentincludesoperationsaidsystems,automaticpassengerinformationsystems,farecollectionsystems,etc....Theequipmentdirectlyrelatedtothefunctioningofthevehicle(driverdashboard,enginemanagement,brakesystems,dooropeningsystems,etc...)areexcludedfromthescopeofthepresentdocumentandaredealtwithinotherstandardisationbodies.Twoalternativetransmissionbuseswillbeaccepted.ThisdocumentreferstothesocalledWORLDFIPbus.Asecondsetofdocumentswillbepublishedforthesecondsolution(socalledCAN).Thereisnorankingbetweenthetwosolutionsandtheselectedbussystem,betweenthetwostandardisedalternatives,shallbesubjecttoanagreementbetweeneachtransportoperatingorganisationanditsequipmentproviders.Thepresentdocumentreferstotheso-calledOSItransmissionmodelandcoversOSIlayers1,2,7,theotherlayersarenotusedinourapplications.Thepresentdocumentcoversthelinkbetweenequipmentinsideasinglevehicle.Althoughitcouldbeappliedtomultiplevehicles,thisapplicationisnotexplicitlycoveredbythisdocument.Thepresentdocumentisthefirstpartofasetofstandards,relatedtotheonboardtransmissionbus,whichwillcomprise,foreachallowedtransmissionbus,thefollowingsetofdocuments:a)choiceofthebusandgeneralapplication'srules(EN13149-1)b)cablingspecifications(EN13149-2)c)message'scontentspecifications(prCENTS13149-3)
